700+ applicants, countless connections with major Canadian business names, and one $30,000 Grand Prize later, we wrapped up 2021’s Pitch. We have been hard at work ever since, making sure 2022 will be even better!
That’s why I am so excited to finally announce the official launch of the first phase of Canada’s 2nd Annual Total Mom Pitch.
This year, the Pitch is presented by Scotiabank Women Initiative and powered by GoDaddy. It will be even bigger, with even more ways to get involved.
Remember- this isn’t just a contest and it definitely isn’t just about winning.
The Pitch started out as a response to the need for community and support for moms in business. It’s all about creating your village- we all know that it takes a village to raise a child, but it takes one to grow a business too!
Today is the official launch of the Pitch, but it’s also the start of a brand new milestone that’s all about giving moms the confidence and recognition that they deserve.
Starting today, we’ll be opening up nominations- that means that you can highlight a mom entrepreneur you think perfectly fits the Total Mom Entrepreneur title, even before the applications officially open in January.
It could be a woman in your life, in your community, or even someone you follow and support online. It could even be YOU !! Anyone that you KNOW has what it takes to realize their business dreams- and to take home that $30,000 grand prize!
Nominations are just the tip of the iceberg- keep your eyes peeled for some big announcements going live soon! I’m talking-
🎤 Big-name celebrity judges and speakers
💰 Invaluable business resources, like the accelerator program (now for the Top 100!)
💬 A close-knit private community for moms in business
🎁And tons of other goodies along the way!
This year is just jam-packed with goodness, and I’m so excited to see what kind of businesses all you amazing, innovative, and creative moms are working on! 💪
