So if we’re inviting you to spend time with the Total Mom Show community at one of our events, we’d better be very confident that you’ll get what you’re looking for out of the experience. Good thing we ARE that confident! To prove it to you, we created this list of the four most important (in our opinion) things you’ll gain from joining our community of moms at a Total Mom Show event.

Is there anything better than sharing the ups and downs of motherhood with people who get it? We don’t think so. And we know how isolating it can feel to not have that kind of community. That’s why a huuuuge part of all Total Mom Show experiences is community. We carefully build all our events around connection, so you can expect to walk away from a Total Mom Show event with at least a few new phone numbers you can dial when you need someone who’ll just get it, no questions asked.
2. We’ll help you prioritize your wellness.
We know — this one’s hard. And there’s absolutely no shame in putting your wellness routine on the back-burner while you figure out this whole motherhood thing. Priorities change throughout our lives! But if you’re ready to put a little more focus on feeling great, we’re here for you. All Total Mom Show events feature wellness, front and centre — from the vendors we work with to wellness breaks throughout the day’s programming, and more.
3. You’ll have space to explore your passions.
We know that mom is a big part of who you are, but it’s not the whole story. You have dreams, goals and passions that deserve your attention too! The Total Mom Show experience is about making space for you to explore what’s important to you. Events like the Total Mom Business Summit help you build your professional skills and network, and other events feature workshops, talks and experiences that will help you embrace your creativity and passions.
4. You’ll feel safe to share your motherhood journey in a judgement-free zone.
As moms, we know how hard it can be to show up fully, without worrying you’ll be judged for your parenting style, career choices — you name it. You don’t have to worry about that with us, promise. All Total Mom Show experiences are designed to make you feel seen and heard, no matter what type of mom you identify as.
